Dunamis Business Movement is structured as a social enterprise. Beyond the 10% tithe every Dunamis member pledges from their own business, Rachel commits 50% of all Dunamis program profits to Planetshakers Church — to support ministry, Boom Buses youth outreach, and the Empower Food Bank, winning souls and serving the most vulnerable, directly and practically.

The Dunamis Business Pledge also requires every member to tithe a minimum of 10% of their own business profit to their local church and Kingdom causes. From the first dollar, not the last. The Dunamis Business School walks alongside Kingdom leaders at every stage of growth, from the very first idea through to the sale, the legacy and the mentorship of the next generation. It is built on a progression of ten levels, because building a Kingdom business requires discipline, clarity about where you are, and the wisdom to know what comes next.
The School has two programs. The Foundation program (8 weeks, free through churches and included in all paid tiers) covers the PROMISE Principles and the fundamentals of building with Kingdom intentionality. The Execution program is built around the four Dunamis Decisions, one per quarter, each delivered as a two-day intensive with coaching and accountability built in throughout.
People, values, culture and hiring. Who you are building for, who you are building with, and the kind of leader your business needs you to become. Two-day intensive followed by monthly group accountability and between-session coaching at Scale and Legacy levels.
Strategy, positioning and brand. Your One-Page Kingdom Strategic Plan, how your business is differentiated in the market, and the promise you make to your clients, your team and God. Two-day intensive with quarterly milestone check-ins and private coaching for Legacy members.
Execution, rhythms and accountability. The daily, weekly and quarterly habits that turn strategy into results. Building the operational cadence of a Kingdom business that runs with excellence and does not require you in every room. Two-day intensive with peer accountability groups running throughout the quarter.
Cashflow, profit and stewardship. Understanding your numbers, building a sustainable and generous business model, and tithe planning that flows from first-dollar commitment. Two-day intensive with individual financial accountability reviews and annual giving reflection at Legacy level.
Each Dunamis Decision is rooted in the Scale Up framework and calibrated to the member's current level, so the same curriculum deepens meaningfully from Builder through to Legacy.
